I would also like some info on this subject. Currently my railguns have OR of 5,197m and a FO of 5000m. How close or far aaway from the target should I be. Not really sure how the system works.

Guess the reason I'm asking is because it seems like the are some advantages and disadvantages to each ones ship selection. Seems the Gallente rely alot on drones. Jsut not sure which route to go. thanks for the speedy reply.
